Jessie is the founder of Castle Law. She focuses her practice areas in commercial real estate and business transactions.

 

As an entrepreneur herself, Jessie understands the challenges that start-up businesses face and the different dynamics between business partners.

Prior to Jessie’s legal career, she was a realtor involved in the buying, selling, leasing and management of real estates. She has worked alongside landlords, property managers, developers and private lenders.

 

In her spare time, Jessie acts as Legal Counsel to the Association of Chinese Canadian Entrepreneurs and serves on the board of Dance Umbrella of Ontario, a non-profit organization.
